Who can I talk to?
Redbridge
In Redbridge there are loads of trained professionals that you can talk to about any worries or concerns, including sex and relationships stuff. They will keep whatever you tell them private (confidential) unless they think that you or someone else is at risk of harm. If you are worried about this ask them to explain confidentiality to you first.
Hainault Youth Centre CRiSP clinic - Mondays 3.30-5.30pm
Brook at Loxford: Thursdays 5.15-7.30pm & Saturdays 2-4pm
Brook at Ilfomation: Mondays 4-7pm
Barking and Dagenham
If you would like to talk to someone about anything that worries you or if you have any questions, there are lots of trained professionals in Barking and Dagenham who can help you. Any place with the YPF logo will have someone at hand you can talk to. In addition there are health advisers in each secondary school with drop-in sessions.
Professionals working with young people will keep anything you say confidential, even if you are under 16, unless they think you will harm yourself or others. People practising confidentiality includes youth workers, sexual health clinic staff and health advisers in schools. Ask them to explain confidentiality to you if you're worried about what you might tell them.
